Territory Sales Manager | Hobart
Location: Gormanston Rd, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
The art of solving problems instead of selling. Join our Tasmanian team as a Territory Sales Manager working with current and future customers across all areas of the state. You will be key in understanding customers' known and unknown challenges and opportunities, influencing and leveraging customer insights to identify the right solutions from our offer portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Identify and drive new opportunities within the market through solutions, new customers, and segments.
* Through activation and utilisation of sales processes, manage and maintain a 12‐month rolling orderbook and pipeline with both existing and new customers.
* Regularly conduct market analysis and gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
* Achieve territory and team objectives aligned to the region and sales incentive scheme targets.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, industrial preferred.
* Strong ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape direction.
* Proficient in sales process methodology and able to apply it effectively.
* Capable of identifying insights to help find the right rounded solutions.
* Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
* Positive, influential presence in building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate product or offer features and benefits into a clear value proposition.
* Experience dealing with varying levels of stakeholders and Tier 1‐3 customers.
