Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Your Role
* Supporting adults with complex mental health, psychosocial disabilities and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
* Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
* Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients' current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
* Promoting choice and control and showing eagerness to participate in clients' day-to-day routines, goals and interests.
* Working well within a team and providing a positive and safe environment for our clients.
* Being efficient in computer skills and report writing.
Some Of Our Requirements
Applicants must have regular access to their own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher, and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster that may include mornings, afternoons, split shifts and sleepovers. Successful applicants will also be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required. The offer will be conditional on meeting these requirements.
