Job Description
Fleet, Procurement and Facilities provide department-wide level of support within the fields of Fleet, Procurement, GROH Housing and the management of the Kensington Facilities.
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Procurement Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and/or manage low and medium complexity contracts and provide advice to key stakeholders on all matters pertaining to procurement practices.
* Develop procurement and contract management plans, risk reports, routine contract documentation and evaluation reports as well as assist with other contract development and contract management requirements.

Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following five (5) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total.
* Demonstrated experience and management in contract development of medium complexity contracts.
* Well-developed written communication skills, with the ability to prepare procurement and technical documentation.
* Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise and consult effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Government procurement legislation, policies, and guidelines.
* Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving skills including initiative.
