What you'll do:
* Oversee daily café operations, including food prep, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
* Plan and deliver events that bring people together and generate revenue.
* Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Monitor performance, manage reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
* Promote café and events through signage, digital channels, and community engagement.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in café management and event coordination.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to create a welcoming environment aligned with our values.
* Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire
