Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage project documentation, including scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement plans, and tender submissions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to ensure integrated and timely project outcomes.
* Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
* Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of strong project management capability in engineering, construction, or property development.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve competing priorities with diplomacy and professionalism.
* Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical, planning, and regulatory information effectively.
* Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of project profitability, cost control, and contract administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with competing deadlines.
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
