Charter Hall is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a high-profile Premium grade commercial asset in Melbourne. This role is suited to a proven FM who thrives in a senior, autonomous environment and brings strong technical, financial and stakeholder management capability.
You will lead all aspects of facilities management, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient building operations while delivering an exceptional experience for premium tenants.
Key responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day facilities management for a Premium commercial building
* Manage essential services, technical maintenance and statutory compliance
* Oversee contractor performance, service delivery and KPIs
* Build strong relationships with tenants, clients and internal stakeholders
* Manage OPEX budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
* Develop CAPEX plans and work with CAPEX team to delivery projects
* Drive sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure WHS, risk management and compliance standards are met
* Lead, mentor and develop a direct report
About you
* Proven experience in Senior Facilities Manager or Facilities Manager roles
* Background managing A-grade or Premium commercial assets
* Strong technical understanding of building operations and essential services
* Demonstrated experience managing contractors and compliance frameworks
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and tenant management skills
* Financially astute with experience managing budgets and reporting
* Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions focused
