JUNIOR ESTIMATOR (ROOFING & CLADDING) | PART-TIME → FULL-TIME | QUEANBEYAN / ACT | $80K-$100K PRO RATA · Start part-time (3 days) with pathway to full-time · Learn directly from experienced estimators · Work on residential & commercial facade projects About the role A growing construction business specialising in facade, roofing and cladding systems is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join their team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) to start, with a clear pathway into full-time as the business continues to expand. You will work closely with a Senior Estimator, gaining hands-on experience across take-offs, pricing and tender preparation for both residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities * Assist with cost estimates and quantity take-offs * Review drawings, specifications and tender documents * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing * Support tender submissions and project pricing * Maintain accurate estimating records and data Skills & Experience Essential * Strong interest in construction, estimating or building industry * High attention to detail and numerical accuracy * Good communication and organisational skills * Basic Excel or similar software skills * Australian work rights Highly Regarded * Exposure to roofing, cladding or facade systems * Ability to read construction drawings * 0-2 years' experience in construction or estimating Salary & Benefits * $80,000 - $100,000 super (pro rata) * Part-time role (3 days per week) * Clear pathway to full-time employment * Strong career development and mentoring * Work on growing pipeline of projects * Supportive, no-nonsense team culture About the company The employer is a rapidly growing construction business delivering facade, roofing and cladding projects across residential and commercial sectors.
