Key Responsibilities
Provide qualified financial advice and analysis to project leaders, guiding decision-making around budgeting, cost management, and funding utilisation.
Manage the financial performance of a portfolio of projects, including preparation of budgets, forecasts, and regular expenditure reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial governance frameworks, policies, and external funding requirements, maintaining accurate and transparent reporting.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies, business cases, and funding proposals that support organisational goals.
Support senior leaders in interpreting financial data, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending actionable insights.
Build strong and trusted relationships with internal clients, providing high-quality financial support and proactive communication.
Partner with finance colleagues to continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to enhance financial management efficiency.
About You
Degree qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or Business, with experience in management or project accounting.
Progressing towards or holding CPA or CA membership (or equivalent).
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience delivering financial advisory services within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.
A proactive mindset, able to manage competing priorities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
