Technical Support Specialist in Clinical IT
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Clinical IT team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical support for healthcare IT systems, including Microsoft Server administration and database administration.
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
* Develop strong relationships with customers to foster collaboration and drive growth.
* Support clients through user acceptance testing, installation, and maintenance of clinical information management solutions.
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in technical support for healthcare IT systems, Microsoft Server administration, and database administration.
* Excellent knowledge of SQL with ability to write and execute complex scripts.
* Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology.
* Microsoft Server Admin Experience.
Desirable Skills:
* Database administration experience.
* Understanding of ITIL processes.
* Experience with IIS or Apache.
* Knowledge of Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard.
* Ability to troubleshoot MS Windows Server issues.
