Opening June 2026, this Surry Hills venue is being built as a premium, design-led nightlife experience — refined dining upstairs, and an intimate 120-capacity basement lounge below.
The basement is inspired by the energy of Miami and Las Vegas — confident, elevated, and immersive — but scaled intentionally for intimacy. Expect controlled lighting, strong music programming, selective entry, and a focus on atmosphere over volume.
This is not a generic nightclub. It is a tightly curated room designed to feel exclusive, high-energy, and commercially sharp from day one.
With real authority over programming and team culture, this role offers the opportunity to shape a luxury-leaning nightlife concept built for longevity, not hype.
The Role
We're seeking a hands‐on Nightlife Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operation of our 120‐capacity basement bar and nightclub (trading 5 nights per week).

* Ensure music, lighting, and service standards align with brand positioning
* Build a professional, accountable nightlife team
