Offer description

We are always looking for incredible consultants to join our teams as our workforce expands geographically around Australia and New Zealand.

Project

IT provisioning project based in Sydney (will need to come into the office full-time).

Technical Abilities
* Windows 10 support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.
* Microsoft Office 2007, 2013 and Office 365.
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
* Mobility device support: iPhones and iPads.
* Remote Support Tools such as RDP and Remote Assistance.
* Support of video conferencing technologies.
* Experience with a ticketing tool such as Remedy, Helix or ServiceNow.
* Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, improve system efficiency, and troubleshoot issues.
Desired Experience
* Enthusiastic and personable candidate with a vibrant personality, who can effectively engage and communicate with customers.
* University degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience providing formal phone support in a Help Desk, Service Desk or Call Centre environment.
* Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing support efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Onboarding new starters in the office and remotely.
* Hardware support (building and configuring laptops, process disposals, raise Dell repair calls).
* Customer‐facing technical support, focused on Workplace technologies listed above.
* Log incidents and requests for continued problem resolution and tracking.
* Maintain direct contact with users throughout the lifecycle of an incident or request.
* Call out to users and otherwise follow up with them directly for more complex issues.
* Collaborate with domestic and international technology teams in order to drive issue resolution on behalf of customers.
* Contribute to technology projects as required, e.g., office moves and phone testing.
