We have an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and driven Service Administrator to join a team in Bayswater. You will be the first point of contact for the sales team and customers for all services inquiries.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager VIC, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on building strong relationships and providing a high-quality experience for customers.
Your key responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:
Confirming order details and managing the call-up process
Planning of job schedules and bookings
Responding to customer inquiries for installing and rescheduling works
Providing accurate information and paperwork to relevant departments
Maintaining accurate record-keeping to ensure files are up to date
General administration as required
Working with Customer Service Manager to identify and implement business improvement projects
You will bring:
A can-do attitude and eagerness to solve problems and improve processes
A team player approach with a focus on collaboration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail with effective time management skills
Previous administration experience
Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
There will be full training and ongoing support provided by the team.
