Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to work as a PIMHS clinician within a multidisciplinary team providing mental health assessments, treatment and consultation to women in the perinatal period, infants, their families and other professionals/services involved in their care.

About the Role: As a PIMHS clinician you will work alongside agencies involved in the woman and infant's care, providing consultation where required. You will also act as a resource for and provide education to health workers within Barwon Health and in the community on mental health problems, management and availability of mental health services specifically regarding perinatal and infant mental health.

Responsibilities:
* Providing psychosocial and psychiatric assessments of women in the perinatal period, infants, broader family members and engaged agencies.
* Working alongside agencies involved in the woman and infant's care, providing consultation where required.
* Act as a resource for and provide education to health workers within Barwon Health and in the community on mental health problems, management and availability of mental health services specifically regarding perinatal and infant mental health.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A formal qualification in Psychiatric Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Clinical/Forensic/Neuro Psychology is required. Advanced clinical decision making skills regarding the management of risk in relation to children are also necessary.
