About the Role
BaptistCare is seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our 99-bed Residential Aged Care facility in Busselton. In this role you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of the site while ensuring our residents remain at the centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
* Manage administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges, including applications and wait lists.
* Process accounts receivable/payable, place purchase orders, and manage office supplies.
* General administration: filing, mail, data entry, word processing, minute taking, photocopying.
* Maintain records to meet internal/external reporting requirements.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders for travel, accommodation, and catering bookings.
* Develop and improve administrative processes.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policies and Baptistcare's Code of Conduct.
* Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement.
About You
* Experience in administration or reception.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and admin systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
* Customer‐focused and team‐oriented.
* Alignment with BaptistCare values.
Roster Pattern
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
