You will join a close-knit team of Client Service professionals, providing exceptional administrative support to financial planners with duties including (but not limited to):

* Providing a broad range of administrative and clerical support to a team of experienced and knowledgeable financial advisers,
* ensuring effective communication between clients and the business,
* striving for high levels of client service and satisfaction,
* handling all the administrative aspects associated with the implementation of advice,
* preparation of client reports,
* responding to client queries and liaising with third parties in respect of clients' accounts; and
* handling miscellaneous requests from advisers and requests for assistance from other staff with grace and professionalism.

The applicant we are seeking would possess the following:

* An interest in Financial Planning,
* strong administrative skills: calendar and inbox management a must
* resilience and strong organisational skills to balance a high-volume workload and competing priorities,
* effective time management,
* high level numeracy,
* high attention to detail and accuracy,
* Microsoft Office Applications knowledge,
* Xplan, SMSF and trusts experience will be highly regarded,
* motivation, ambition, and commitment to achieve team goals,
* excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and;
* a high level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence.
