What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering therapy-based programs under the guidance of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Speech Pathologists
* Supporting adults and older clients in their homes and communities across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and private funding streams
* Carrying out mobility programs, cognitive and communication supports, and rehabilitation activities
* Communicating clearly with clients and clinicians and maintaining accurate records
* Bringing professionalism, care, and consistency to every session
What You'll Need:
* Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or similar) – highly desirable
* Experience working with people with disability, older adults, or in the community
* Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner
* Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine desire to build long-term connections and contribute meaningfully
