Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
You will also provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, achieving successful outcomes to enquiries and opening and closing the club as per the roster. Additionally, you will be involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey, and conducting regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Successfully manage member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Engage in regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them active.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to excel. You should also have the ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and be motivated to help them achieve their goals.
