About the role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Executive Manager – Transformation to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead this next phase of organisational change.
This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility across both enterprise operations and organisation-wide transformation. You will lead the performance, sustainability and future direction of our supported employment enterprises, while also driving improvements in systems, technology and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Lead and optimise supported employment enterprise operations to ensure efficiency, quality and financial sustainability
Drive business transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation and operational redesign
Oversee organisational systems, technology and digital strategy, including uplift of existing platforms
Establish performance frameworks, reporting and data insights to inform decision-making
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and operational excellence.
Lead, develop and support high-performing teams across the portfolio
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, governance and risk requirements
About you
You are a senior leader who operates confidently at both strategic and operational levels.
You bring strong commercial acumen, systems thinking and a proven ability to improve performance in complex environments.
You’re not just a strategist, you deliver. You can move from executive planning to on-the-ground implementation, driving meaningful change across all levels of the organisation.
You Will Bring:
Senior leadership experience across operations, manufacturing, logistics and social enterprise
Proven experience driving business transformation and operational improvement
Strong financial acumen, with a focus on sustainability and performance
Experience leading technology, systems and digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of NDIS and other compliance-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver organisational outcomes
Highly Desirable
Experience with Microsoft Business Central
NDIS CRM knowledge
Strong understanding of the NDIS billing framework
