Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse is to manage, coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for patients via Telehealth conferencing technologies, and build capacity of clinicians within the regions using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the palliative care nursing practice. The occupant of this position will provide generalist clinicians with after-hours palliative care expertise via high definition video consultation to support clinicians and provide specialist care to patients of rural and remote Western Australia.
