These will include a mix of ourRelay andLEGO store concepts.If you love a dynamic environment, thrive on developing high-performing teams, and want to be part of something big – this is your runway to success!What You’ll Do: Leading a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers -company phone, laptop and parking space provided Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best Manage store operations & performance with accountability including qualitative performance indicators (Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction) Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting Build a positive, respectful team culture Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on pointWhat We’re Looking For: Previous experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment (ideally either as a multi-site manager or large format store)️ Excellent communication and leadership skillsA polished, professional presence and positive attitude Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)????
