A subsidiary for an Italian based global company, they are known for their high-quality consumer goods such as UHT creams, chocolate, and margarine. Job Description
o Manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG sector in NSW.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
o Analyse market trends and sales data to inform business decisions.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
o Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
o Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
o Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
o Work closely with QA, R&D and other relevant departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and the clients' needs are met.
o Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager NSW should have:
o 5+ years working experience in sales/Key Account Management roles in the FMCG industry.
o Experience with either UHT cream, margarine, or chocolate. Ideally all three!
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
o A strong understanding of the NSW market and its key players.
o A results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
o Ability to travel as needed within the NSW region.
o Capacity to develop the business independently, opening new industrial accounts with problem solving and compassion.
