A Day in the Life
* Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 15 members
* Drive the Ghanda values with your store team
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
* Liaise with the Stock Allocator and work independently to keep stock levels optimal and maximise floor space utilisation
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance
About You
* Demonstrated leadership experience with a front‐line, empowering style aligned with organisational values
* Customer‐first mindset, strong fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
* Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality role (not a deal‐breaker – attitude is valued over experience)
