The Role
We're looking for passionate and service-focused individuals to join Crown Towers Hotels as Bell Services Attendants. As a Bell Services Attendant, you'll be the face of Crown Perth—greeting guests with genuine warmth, assisting with luggage, explaining room features, and valet parking vehicles. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a joyful and memorable experience. This role offers a dynamic blend of Porter and Valet Attendant duties, perfect for those who thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric environment.

Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and care.
* Ensure smooth arrivals and departures through efficient luggage handling and valet service.
* Provide expert knowledge of hotel amenities and services.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
* A reliable and trustworthy attitude.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Flexibly availability across 7 days per week (weekends are essential).
* Australian Driver's License (no learner plates or provisional plates).
