About Greenspan
Solving architectural and engineering problems isn't just what we do.
It's who we are.
From humble beginnings in 1976, we've become pioneers of PreCrafted buildings, tirelessly evolving our products in the quest for superior modularity, elegance and strength.
We create spaces that bring joy and precious memories to families. We provide additional room for inter-generational harmony. We give busy professionals a more productive place to work. We build calm sanctuaries where artists can think and create. We can even turn homeowners into occasional hoteliers.
In doing all this, we add considerably to the value of people's property. Yet because each building is PreCrafted in our workshops, then assembled on site in a matter of hours, the transformation happens with almost no disruption to their living environment or lives.
What's it like to work here?
Greenspan is a family business in every sense.
The entire team – from the founders and designers to the craftspeople on the workshop floor – believe they are making Australia a better place, one PreCrafted building at a time. This shared sense of purpose creates a kinship which bonds the team and enables an open and honest working environment. It empowers people to challenge standard practices and find better solutions. It also creates a positive and supportive culture.
And because there is no 'us and them', it allows for more relaxed relationships in which humour and humility can thrive. At Greenspan we pride ourselves in our Can-Do attitude to developing solutions for our client's needs. Our clients value our innovative business solutions and local expertise in design, implementation, and support.
What our team members say about working at Greenspan:
"What I enjoy most is the collaborative nature and support from the team. Being proud of Our designs and the creations of the products we build together. Most of all the humour and close bond we share."
"I enjoy the creative freedom I am given and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I also enjoy the creative thinking and problem solving needed to meet clients' solutions"
"I am selling the best quality products in the industry with the amazing support of a professional and smart team/managers."
