About the Role:

* Lead quality improvement projects using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes for stakeholders

* Optimize JMO rosters to meet staff and medical service needs, ensuring best practice roster guidelines are followed
\
* Maintain high-quality relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians and departmental managers
\
What You'll Bring:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in information and performance management
\
* Intermediate SQL skills and advanced Excel and Power BI skills
\
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop resources to improve outcomes
