Our practice is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and warm Medical receptionist to join our close knit team. Applicants experienced in allied health, or general practice reception will be highly regarded. However, training can be provided for outstanding applicants looking for an entry point into a long term career in the secure health industry (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, exceptional spelling & literacy, a kind, caring and warm manner, be super efficient, empathetic, reliable and a strong team player.
This position will suit someone looking for a full-time, long term position of 38 hours per week. Full flexibility is required to work across the clinic opening hours (7.30am - 7.30pm) and this includes some Saturday mornings. Due to the flexibility required, tertiary students will not be considered for this role.
We are a fast paced, patient centered, accredited general practice catering to 13 GPs and 20 Allied Health professionals. This is a warm, diverse and meticulous environment suited to someone looking for a challenge, who thrives on helping others, working under pressure and accomplishing a high work load.
