About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider within the civil construction and road materials industry, supporting major infrastructure and roadworks projects across the region. With a strong focus on safety, quality and innovation, they are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team based in Teralba.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct laboratory testing on asphalt, aggregates and bitumen including density, compaction and air voidsAccurately record, analyse and report test results in line with company and industry requirementsEnsure all testing procedures comply with NATA and industry standardsCalibrate, maintain and perform routine checks on laboratory equipmentAssist with field sampling and on-site testing when required
What You Will Need
Previous laboratory, materials testing or civil construction experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record dataAbility to follow strict testing procedures and quality standardsCurrent drivers licence and reliable transportAbility to work both independently and within a team environment
