About the Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. The Co-ordinator will support the implementation of Injury Management and Return-To-Work Policy and Procedures to promote the early and safe return to work of injured health service staff. Responsibilities include initiating, coordinating, and monitoring the return-to-work process, providing progress reports to Managers, and participating in claims management. Ideal Candidate
* Qualified health professional or relevant work experience, accredited by NSW Workcover as a Return to Work Coordinator/ Coordinator.
* Knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and NSW Workcover guidelines, with extensive experience in rehabilitation of injured workers.
* Strong communication, negotiation, counselling skills, and ability to produce clear reports.
* Full working rights within Australia.
