Your new role Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people and culture strategies with organisational goals. Leading a small team, you'll deliver high-quality HR services while driving cultural transformation and engagement. Key areas of responsibility include: Leadership & Team Management

- Mentor and develop a high-performing People & Culture team.

Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing

- Champion initiatives that promote inclusion, psychological safety, and a positive workplace culture.

People Operations & Compliance

- Oversee HR systems, policies, and ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.

Employee & Industrial Relations

- Provide expert advice on complex matters, manage enterprise bargaining, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Workforce Planning & Capability

- Lead succession planning and implement training programs to build capability.

Reporting & Projects

- Deliver executive reports and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role. Strong ability to influence strategic outcomes and build trusted relationships.

Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Proven capability in managing multiple priorities and driving cultural change. Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a solutions-focused approach.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, briefings, and policy documentation. Sound knowledge of relevant employment legislation, industrial instruments, and contemporary HR best practices. What you'll get in return
