Project Manager Role
Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd are specialists in delivering end-to-end innovative solutions across Australia. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various aspects of project execution, ensuring objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed.
* Maintain and apply relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary for responsible decisions and courses of action.
* Provide support and advice on planning and design suitability and options, the use of materials, resources, components, or systems within the project.
* Manage operational aspects of project delivery to ensure effective and efficient use of systems and processes involved with all phases of the project management model.
* Liaise and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers' work in accordance with contract requirements.
* Proactively manage community and environmental issues and effective liaison with affected external stakeholders.
* Prepare project status reports and change orders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
