We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail youll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus!

Your new role will see you;
* Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management people management and rostering and maintaining client records
* Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture
* Ensuring that monthly KPIs are met
* Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
* Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses
Your skills & experience;
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
* Genuine care for clients patients and your team
* Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management strong leadership and team building skills
* Excellent animal handling skills
* An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good business insight and organisational skills
