7. Work closely with leadership in identifying and building talent pipeline

• Employee Relations
9. Responsible for Employee Relations’ activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the and the best practices employer and employee including all relevant employment laws
10. Establish good relationships with relevant industry players eg HR practitioners/consultants and related government agencies and provide advise accordingly.

11. Represent and play a key role in supporting and executing Corporate/Regional HR priorities at the country level.

Academic Qualifications
12. Tertiary Education preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.
13. Diploma in Industrial labour practices as additional advantage
Experiences/Knowledge
14. 5 - 7 years of Human Resources experience with MNCs at supervisory /managerial level
15. Experience in the same industry including warehouse/contract logistics
16. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
17. Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word.
