What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
Engage in reverse marketing with current and prospective clients and candidates.
Use creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Match skilled candidates with opportunities across a range of industries.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all requirements.
Represent Maxima at local events and promote our services.
Work collaboratively with a high‑performing team to meet shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proven ability to build and grow relationships with clients, candidates and stakeholders.
Experience in agency recruitment.
Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to diversity, inclusion and positive outcomes.
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required.
