About the job
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and signage.
- Support us with the setup requirements and address on-site issues or concerns.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of exhibition materials and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting exhibition attendees.
- Help manage visitor flow, answer inquiries, and provide event information.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations during the exhibition.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including inventory management and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of the exhibition area.
- Provide general administrative support as required (ex. order and collect lunch).
Skills & experiences required
- A positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions attentively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual work, including lifting and moving exhibition materials.
- Proficiency in basic office software and technology.
- A robust commitment to professionalism and delivering high-quality service.
- Driving license as a plus.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
