About the Role We are looking for a skilled Manager, Contracts and Procurement to lead the organisation's contract management and procurement activities. This is your chance to drive value for money, strong governance, and capability uplift across the organisation. What you'll do * Lead the full procurement lifecycle: planning, sourcing, negotiation, contract award, and supplier management. * Provide expert commercial advice and support complex contract negotiations. * Develop and implement procurement and contract management frameworks, templates, and standards. * Build capability across business units through training, coaching, and mentoring. * Partner with internal stakeholders (CFO, GMs, Corporate Legal) and maintain strong, ethical supplier relationships. * Manage a small team, set objectives, and ensure operational excellence. What we're looking for * Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, or related field. * Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and commercial negotiation. * Strong understanding of procurement governance, delegations, and organisational standards. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in government or public sector procurement frameworks is highly desirable.
