MyState Limited are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a short-term 3–4‐month contract, supporting a key Brisbane office relocation project.
It's an exciting time to join MyState as we continue to grow, evolve, and modernise our workplaces. With a new Brisbane office on the way and plenty of organisational change underway, we're looking for a hands‐on Project Manager to help bring this transformation to life on a 4 month contract.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering property or office‐related projects (fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments, etc. desirable)
* A strong communicator who can herd the cats, juggle competing priorities, and keep everyone moving in the same direction
* Confident working full‐time during project setup, with flexibility as work tapers to 3–4 days/week later in the contract
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and contractor‐relationship skills
* Solid project planning, coordination, and risk management capability
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the planning and execution of the Brisbane office relocation
* Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and project reporting
* Supporting other small operational projects as required
