The Role:

This is a full-time hybrid role for Customer Support Specialists located in Perth, WA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also handle technical support issues and utilise analytical skills to optimise customer experiences.

Qualifications:

* Customer Support, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Technical Support and Analytical Skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Knowledge of conveyancing processes is a plus
* Relevant certification or diploma in Customer Service or related field

Skills and experience:

* Experience in property law is required – conveyancing/settlement knowledge would be ideal.
* Customer service or related experience
* Willingness to embrace new technologies and processes
* Ability to keep calm and carry on during times of stress
* Be customer-focused in all interactions
