Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane
Clearance: TSPV or TSPA preferred, but open to NV2 cleared candidates willing to upgrade.

Responsibilities
You will support the reliability, performance, and security of a complex SaaS environment, focusing on infrastructure operations, automation, and proactive issue resolution. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve system resilience, operational practices, and monitoring, while clearly communicating risks and improvements to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Background in SRE, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
* Strong hands‐on experience with VMware, PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft technologies.
* Proven scripting and automation capability.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across complex environments.
* SQL knowledge is a nice to have.
* Clear communicator, collaborative mindset, and confidence to lead customers through the journey.
* Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
