What You'll Do:
As a trusted HR Advisor, you'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and HR Officer to:
* Lead employee casework and provide expert HR/IR advice
* Drive strategic initiatives in engagement, wellbeing, and cultural transformation
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
* Contribute to policy development and HR compliance
* Enable leadership capability through operational excellence
You'll use your people-first mindset, emotional intelligence, and HR know-how to build strong relationships across the school, guiding leaders and supporting staff through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
* 5+ years in an HR roles, with strong coaching, casework and EBA/Award interpretation experience
* Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
* Confidence to stay ahead of legislative changes and advise leadership
* Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
