About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Rental Sales Agent.
* Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Europcar Mobility Group solutions that make mobility easy, enjoyable and increasingly eco-friendly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing rental agreements accurately and efficiently. They will also promote additional products and services such as car rentals discounts for family members along with flu vaccination incentives.
