Role & Impact We're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale Blinq's engineering organization across Web and Mobile, and to architect the next evolution of our platform around an agentic workforce.Our 35‐person engineering team is the core engine behind Blinq's growth. This role goes beyond traditional engineering leadership—you'll be responsible for shaping how humans and intelligent systems build, ship, and operate software at Blinq.You'll partner directly with the Founder to define and execute a deeply technical, platform‐first strategy that enables rapid product iteration, embeds AI into the development lifecycle, and unlocks step‐function gains in engineering velocity and quality.This is a hands‐on leadership role.
