Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver site-based services to customers under general supervision.
* Apply expertise in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulic calculations, testing, separation equipment theory and application, and service delivery.
* Conduct and interpret routine and specialized testing results to provide technical solutions.
* Operate separation and waste management equipment and demonstrate understanding of its impact on overall fluid performance.
* Collaborate with supervisors and technical professionals.
* Stay up-to-date on company products and services, rig operations; fluids, separation, and waste management technologies and related processes.
* Maintain a professional relationship with operators' representatives and rig personnel.
* Prepare and track inventory of drilling fluids and equipment spares at the rig site based on the drilling program and anticipated conditions.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* A bachelor's degree in STEM or related field is preferred.
* This role requires completion of a Baroid core training course and six months of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, they will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
