About the Role
We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join us at our Fountain Gate store! You will be implementing in‐store VM execution alongside the Store Manager, to improve company sales and to ensure all company directives are carried out to the highest standard. You will execute visual directives in‐store and work to achieve visual executions as per business directive. You will report directly to the Store Manager whilst working autonomously.
Day by Day, you will:
* Implement VM directives and additional VM strategies as communicated by the Support Office
* Conduct daily walk‐throughs with the Store Management team
* Analyse range, product mix and stock reports on a weekly basis and implement moves agreed with the Store Manager based on the customer demographic and sell‐through of product
* Complete window displays according to the directive
* Discuss any VM concerns with the Store Manager & Cluster VM
* Ensure all merchandise is styled according to company directive
* Ensure VM standards are maintained as per company standards
* Acknowledge and approach customers (when the sales team is busy) and provide exceptional service before passing to a sales person
* Assist in processing stock – unpacking, tagging, hanging etc during peak periods
* Ensure merchandise is replenished throughout the day with support from the sales teams to maximise customer sales
* Work closely with the retail team on a weekly basis to ensure all moves are agreed following a review of stock reports and sales
What you Bring:
* Demonstrated visual merchandising experience in a retail environment
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail including accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
* Must be organised with strong time‐management skills
* Highly dynamic and adaptable work ethic
* Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills
* Able to be dependable, follow instructions, respond to management direction
