**About the role**:
Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our clients with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring they receive the support and comfort they need to remain at home, surrounded by friends and family they love for as long as possible. In this role you are passionate in contributing to the wellbeing and comfort of your clients and work with compassion and patience. Tasks include:
- Personal care
- Assistance to continue to live at home comfortably (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities
- Domestic assistance / light housework

**To be successful, you will have**:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Own vehicle/licence
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- Experience in home care including palliative care highly regarded
- Weekend work availability highly regarded
