Job Description
* Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, and payment processing.
* Provide clinical chairside assistance.
* Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant is required
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous
* Experience in dental procedures and terminology
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in dental software.
