About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences throughout their installation journey with us. This involves working closely with customers to ensure seamless communication and resolving any conflicts efficiently.
We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and outstanding communication abilities to join our dynamic team. Your strong organizational and prioritization skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
In addition to your administrative experience, we require knowledge of MS Office programs and proficiency in solar PV or trade industry knowledge. Training will be provided to support your development.
Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers through incoming calls and enquiries
* Schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently
* Maintain accurate data in our database and perform data entry tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administrative and customer-facing roles
* Excellent customer service ethic and outstanding communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Efficient and hardworking attitude with a can-do approach
* Knowledge of MS Office programs and proficiency in solar PV or trade industry knowledge (training provided)
