The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior regional executives, driving operational excellence across APAC and Latin America. Key responsibilities include:
* Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones for senior executives
* Coordinate international travel, visas, and documentation
* Process and reconcile expenses and invoices with precision
* Oversee APAC Head Office and ANZ travel bookings and approvals
* Organize quarterly APAC Leadership Team meetings and ensure seamless logistics
