Position Overview
We are seeking a candidate to join our Support and Customer Experience team, to develop online learner-focused training courses and materials for Libero. This role will be on a part time or casual basis and can be based at our Head Office in Melbourne or working remotely from NSW or QLD, Australia.
About the role
Design and development of engaging, well-structured online training course materials, e.g. written instructions, video productions, etc for Libero Learning.
Collaborate with product specialists to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Review, edit and update existing content and materials to maintain consistency and alignment with brand and learning standards.
What you will bring
Strong working knowledge and experience with the
Libero Library Management System
In-depth knowledge and experience working with libraries
Experience developing training guides, videos or help articles for software
