Rehabilitation Consultant Role
The primary objective of a Rehabilitation Consultant is to facilitate seamless transitions for injured individuals back into the workforce.
* Guiding clients through meaningful assessments and career transformations with care and compassion.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and others to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
* Designing Return to Work (RTW) plans focusing on recovery, resilience, and reintegration by identifying barriers.
* Visiting workplaces to understand challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
To excel in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
