Vinehealth Australia is seeking a dynamic Communications Advisor to deliver compelling and strategic communications that connect with our people, customers, and community. About the Role
The Communications Advisor will report directly to the CEO and Technical Manager and be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies and content that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring strong communication expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive mindset to a highly respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all communications activities, including delivery of the Communications Strategy
* Provide expert strategic advice and industry connections to support organisational goals
* Create, edit, and distribute a range of materials including e-newsletters, media releases, case studies, technical fact sheets, and reports
* Manage content and updates for the website, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
* Liaise with external designers and media contacts to coordinate communications output
* Facilitate monthly communications meetings with internal stakeholders
* Assist with internal documents, grower surveys, and board communications
About You
You are a creative and strategic communications professional with:
* Proven experience in planning and executing communication strategies
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong project and time management capabilities
* Proficiency with digital communications tools
* Experience working in or with the wine industry or a related primary industries sector (desirable)
* A relevant tertiary qualification in communications, Public Relations, journalism, or related field
Employment Conditions
This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, and you will work independently and collaboratively as required. Occasional travel within SA may be necessary, and out-of-hours work may be required occasionally. A current driver's licence is required for this role.
